Installing an app

  1. The controller must be connected to the internet in order to install an app.
  2. You are logged in as administrator.
  3. You have opened the u-OS Control Center.
  1. Click Apps.
  2. Click Install app.
  3. The app hub is opened.
  4. Select the app you want to install.
  5. If licence terms are displayed, they must be read and accepted.
  6. In the Version list box, select the version of the app you want to install.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Click Add device and enter the device path for the devices you want to add (optional).
  9. Click Install.

Next steps

Access to the app is only possible with assigned permission. Assign the permission to access the app to all users who are allowed to work with the app. All users without permission cannot see the app on the starting page.
