Working with the device configurator in CODESYS

You can configure the system bus of a u-control station in the CODESYS development system via the device configurator.

The device configurator can be used for:

• Adding u-remote modules to the u-control system bus
• Parameterising the modules
• Programming a PLC in accordance with IEC61131-3
• Adjusting the bus cycle time

When using CODESYS, please also observe the CODESYS documentation.

When using CODESYS, the IO Configurator on the starting page is disabled because CODESYS actively uses the system bus. If you want to use the IO Configurator, you must uninstall CODESYS and execute a factory reset.
