Working with the removable media update

You can use the removable media update to simplify and streamline the update and commissioning of u-OS devices by installing updates from removable media such as USB sticks or SD cards. During the initial setup of u-OS, the removable media update is enabled. After the initial setup, it is disabled by default for security reasons.
